I recently crashed my car - took the vehicle into the accident repair centre where I was greeted by Holly, who passed me to Steve who took a look at my vehicle. Holly then booked me straight in for repair. and my car was better than new.  Thank you so much.

Excellent service.  Car returned in immaculate condition.  Very friendly staff.  Thoroughly recommended.

Work was completed to a really high standard. I couldn’t pick any fault in what they did apart from a panel which was included on the estimate was not resprayed but it only has a minor scuff. Work also took 3 days longer than planned and I don’t feel I was kept very well updated. Other than that the service was good. Booking was very easy and hassle free. Would return in the future and recommend.

Had our car repaired here after someone drove into the back of us. The insurance company were slow but the repair centre were really good. Made sure I knew what was happening and the car looked great after. Would, and have recommended to friends.

This business rates the very best in our estimation. We received extremely prompt attention to our cars requirements.  The job was done to perfection, and it was a pleasure to be a customer at this business. These people know how to run a business well. You should meet Tony. We are visitors from Australia so we have no alternative intention in praising this great business.

Very professional, but friendly from the start.  There was a clear desire to provide an excellent and efficient repair.   The part was ordered and arrived very quickly, and a while-you-wait service was offered as it was not a complicated repair.  Would recommend this Repair Centre.  With particular mention and thanks to Tony Smith, Accident Repair Centre Manager and on Reception - Tigan and other Reception Staff.   Thank you to all the staff that assisted in the repair.

Disgusting service. Had my car for nearly 3 weeks for a 3-4 day job. To be told a different story everytime I called them. Told me it was ready for collection it was just having a clean. Left it till the next day, called them and the parts were not even there. Finally got the call that it was ready. Went to collect and they didn't even fix the issues that it came in with. Came out worse than when it went in. Do not go there.

I found myself with a flat tyre whilst trying to get my disabled son to a hospital appt. Although not a customer of theirs their employees tried to help me to sort out the tyre but unfortunately did not keep stock onsite. They went out of their way to help and arranged for a local company to come out and replace the tyre after our attempts at fixing mine went by the by. Thank you so much for helping us out we really appreciated it and we made it to our appointment on time.

Used petrol from my car whilst in for an insurance repair job and dont replace fuel before handing car back then lie about it to insurance company. I have the photographic evidence, hence why I was reimbursed by the insurance company! Wouldnt ever use again out of choice.
