I have been trying to transfer my pension to my new employer for almost a year now and am getting nowhere with it. SYP do not reply to emails, I keep getting the same letters sent to me over and over again in the post saying they will look into it, and yet no action is being taken. Terrible customer service.
If I could actually get a response to email or phone I would leave a review - but I can say this is almost an uncontactable organisation with no focus on customer service. Despite them having my solicitors details for 3 months + they have not contacted them at all and have sent a threatening letter and final demand! Leaves a lovely memory for me of my deceased relative - cheers SYPA - If minus stars were a rating I would leave such a rating
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is zero. Dont answer phones or urgent emails. Ive been waiting over 4 months for a pension payment that should take 7 days. Even the online formal complaints form doesnt work ! Terrible company.
Made me pay back money they overpaid me after I told them not to pay me. I asked if I would have to pay back the money and I was told not to worry about it.
Having spoken to various staff members over past few weeks I can only commend them. Always knowledgeable courteous and efficient.
