Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to engineers carrying out the work. It was probably the first time they had treated a Lexus SC430 but they carried out the work competently and professionally. A very pleasing and enjoyable experience. Well recommended.
Had my Jaguar F-Type undersealed and protected last month and am really, really pleased. There was some surface rust noted on the MOT which has been completely sorted, and underneath the car now looks amazing. I did my research and coupled that with reviews to decide on South West Rust Proofing. Its a 125 mile journey but I wanted the job doing right.nnMy first appointment got cancelled due to a break down of the steamer, I was informed in advance and rebooked - no big issue and I would rather this than making the journey and being let down. It happens.nnThroughout the process, from quote to completion I have received excellent customer service, professional communication, reminders and a detailed account of the work, photo evidence at every stage and even got a walk around under the truck on collection.nnI must say, the passion and care is what really struck me, the job is done right or not at all. Can't ask for anymore.nnfabulous team and the highest of standards, I would whole heartedly recommend you make the trip and see the professionals. I'm very happy with the service and work that was done recently to my 19 year old Chrysler Crossfire Roadster. It needed quite a bit of welding which I was warned about at a free pre-inspection. They sent me a link to a page with photos of the work as it progressed and I had a courtesy car for most of the time it was there. A part needed to be ordered which took a while to come in. Their after service and the way they communicated was excellent. I can highly recommend South West Rust Proofing.
