The Cambrian Lodge appears welcoming with a number of good and caring staff. It appears to have good facilities and feels homely. I believe that if a person is mobile and can communicate well enough this is probably not a bad place to be. In my experience the manager was very difficult to connect with on a matter of critical importance and I was only able to get a response to an email and a number of calls when I insisted on speaking to the manager. Good access to the manager is essential - even if they are busy.
