Very poor service at the moment. I saw they closed at 5pm and so had ample time to report a crime that I witnessed that wasn't a 999 emergency. A man was waiting outside already when I approached. There's no intercom, no doorbell, just a sign saying to use the yellow telephone to the left. It's a phone that dials 111 or 999 depending on if its an emergency. Literally useless, it didn't connect to the police station itself so I waited with this poor old man for maybe 20 minutes in the rain as this 111 number said I went from number 6 to number 5 in the queue. Screw that I'm not waiting hours to be connected just for them to let me in. Get an intercom, or a land-line, or a doorbell. Unbelievable. May as well have called from the comfort of my own home. Don't visit here you may wait for hours outside
