We got in touch to invite the company for a quote at our mother's house. The staircase is a bit of a challenge but the quote was done professionally and explained in clear and concise language and full respect for our mother, the principal customer. We had the stairlift installed within a few days with very little disturbance to the household. The price was very good and the best compared to other companies we had quote. We would definitely recommend this company.
The stairlift provided and expertly fitted by South Wales Mobility has been such a boon for my wife. Product, price and procedures would take some beating. We have no hesitation in recommending Robert and his team.
Excellent service from the whole team. Rob came and did the survey and took time to explain how the stairlift would be fitted, arranged for his team of fitters to come on the day before my husband returned from hospital following a stroke, they made sure that I understood exactly how things worked. Husband is delighted with the stairlift and we would highly recommed the company to anyone wanting mobility products.
Great service. No hard sell When Rob came to do the survey said to take our time and consider all options. When we decided to go ahead they were able to come and install stairlift within a couple of days. All installed safely and in less than 2 hours.
Used this company to fit a stair lift for my Mother and the service was excellent from the start. The surveyor was brilliant, turned up on time, provided great advice and no pressure to buy. Likewise, the fitters were so nice and really great explaining how to use with my Parents. Highly recommend this company.
Totally recommend this company. Jason came and assessed our stairway in the morning and we chose a stairlift option with him. He arranged for Warren to fit it that afternoon and he did a professional job. A brilliant service, as within 24 hours of our initial phone call to them we had the chairlift fitted, meaning our Mum could come back home from hospital. This was very important to us. A very friendly company too from the office staff to the fitter.
Rob surveyed my stairs and Warren and Craig carried out the installation. They worked hard over 3 long days to install two second hand stairlifts in my 3-storey house. Each flight of stairs has bends at the top and the bottom necessitating curved rails, and there are automatic lifting sections of rail at the start of each flight. I am still shielding after medical treatment and at no point did I feel unsafe, as all three men observed the necessary protocols. I am very happy with every aspect of the project and impressed with their patience and professionalism. There was no pressure to purchase and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Fantastic service. Rang to enquire about a stair lift for my mother on Monday, measured up on the Tuesday and fitted on Thursday. Very professional company quick and reliable. Mum is now independently managing the stairs with an easy to use stair lift. We would definitely recommend this company.
Absolutely Brilliant Service!! Contacted this firm to remove a stairlift left in my son's house when he purchased it. Whole procedure was quick and simple. they arranged to come and remove within a few days. The gentleman who came today was so polite and efficient. Stairlift removed with minimum of fuss and quickly. Also we were given an excellent price for it. Thank you again - highly recommended and would certainly use again if I needed to Thank you so much team
