Such a beautiful place to visit. It was a lovely warm sunny day when I went here and it's so nice and quiet and also quite clean which I wasn't expecting, because where I live all parks are full of rubbish.
This is a really nice park, there are lots of very nice outside areas and plenty of things to do. We can't fault it and visit regularly. Well done Darlington council.
Lovely park! Really beautiful scenery, perfect for a solitary stroll, a walk with a friend or friends, a picnic... There's a lake with beautiful ducks, you can go feed the ducks there. The flowers and trees... I ramble, but that's how nice it is. There's a cafe, a place where you can buy ice cream, and places where one can sit. Toilets include handicap toilets, there's handicap parking and entrances as well.
Lovely park with friendly wildlife to feed. Cafe is great and reasonably priced too, good selection of sandwiches and snacks. Coffee was great too
Lovely park, huge space with lots of different things to do. Nice pond and cafe. Nice play park for the kids too. Parking is on the main road and lots of spaces. Look forward to our next visit.

Spent a lovely day exploring with my little grandson. The facilities are great and the park grounds are well kept. The staff in the cafe were lovely too Playground: Well kept playground with areas for various age groups. Restrooms: Clean toilets and plenty of them. My only criticisms would be the difficulty in getting in through the two doors with a pram and the narrowness of the baby changing toilet at the end of the row. I had to leave my pushchair outside the toilet with all my belongings on whilst I changed my grandson as it was too small to fit in. It would be extremely difficult to take a full pram in there Dog-friendliness: Plenty of signs asking for dogs to be kept on leads, which most people respected Picnic area: Lots of benches around the grounds and plenty of grassy areas to spread a rug out
Its such a great park. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone. A big park with a lake in between.

Nice place for: walking your dog, running, relaxing, skate park, play basket, swings, bicycles and so on... Playground: This is nice for all ages
