My GP is Dr. Bowyer. An excellent doctor and faultless in his manner and experience! A tough job which, as he quoted: “one has to want to do it.” It’s a vocation. The wholenMedical centre is wonderful and we, as a family, treasure it.nAfter living abroad for a few years in the Middle East, we appreciate our beloved NHS and the wonderful staff that are working within. They are under paid and under appreciated -nWe would rather pay Ronaldo millions to kick a bag of air than spend money on people who save lives! Madness!
I was told I was going to see a doctor after talking to 111. On arrival I found that it was a paramedic I would be seeing as there is no doctors. The paramedic proceeded to tell me that because I’d had private blood tests they should be dealing with it, not the NHS. I pay taxes for a health service which is now none existent. I have bad kidneys and liver and have basically been brushed off. Terrible service, honestly really concerning.
I am extremely angry l had a telephone appointment 2 weeks ago on advice from the doctor she prescribed medication and advised if symptoms did not go to phone back 2 weeks later as l would need to be seen .nI have just come off the phone from receptionist who said they can only offer me another telephone appointment on Monday 7th April but if l needed to be seen it would be the end of April it is a utter joke they can offer appointments to line their pockets by offering Covid vaccinations absolutely fuming !!!!
I would just like to say that health coach Finley Short who took my call yesterday was such a lovely person & took the time to really get to know what was troubling me health wise. He gave me support to hopefully get a solution for what's worrying me. So thank you Finley, I think you are an extremely valuable member of our Medical Centre's team.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Apparently I have to wait 3 months for a cervical smear test …. No words receptionist was rude as well
