Good. Breakfast fab but felt too much to eat. Almost too much choice. Rooms average our family room was fine however our son had more room in his 3ft single as we struggled with a 4ft double. Close to viking bay we had a great time, 5min walk max! Highly recommend
Excellent location in easy walking distance to all the highlights of Broadstairs. The staff are unbelievable... So friendly! We dealt with Louise, who isn't the owner yet was looking after us and she made us feel really welcome. Room cozy and was clean and bright with a modern bathroom.
Nice, big, clean room and a great shower and quiet. Says free parking, I'm not surprised, it was on the ROAD and not always easy to find a spot! Breakfast was well laid out , one of the best continental iv seen BUT I prefer a "full English"
Cosy atmosphere. I found myself like at home. The lady of the house sent me a text message asking about time of my arrival so she can meet me at the door. Breakfast time suited my time and was as for a king. You can eat everything from porridge which is heated on a candle to lady's of the house own produce--jam and marmelade. Allover experience was great and I will definitely visit again.
Nice place and comfortable but nothing special. Pricey for a guest house but prices normal for the area. Short walk to the beach. Very good continental breakfast but no cooked option.
