I lost a filling and couldn’t get an appointment at Minster but they gave me the number for Sheerness and they saw me straight away. The receptionist was lovely and so was the dentist/dental therapist. A very pleasant experience. Everybody was friendly and efficient. The only downside was the steep stairs!! Update. The dental therapists name was Roshan and he was charming and did a fantastic job filling a front tooth. Highly Recommend. Well done
Had three fillings and a clean today. Was a bit nervous but the dentist was amazing . Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Also the lady at reception was very nice. I love my dentist it's 5 star all the way from me
Usually I am made to feel comfortable and respected. Today that didn’t happen. No glasses so lights was constantly in my eyes, water being sprayed all over my face, dentist was forceful and wasn’t listening to me if I was in pain. Today was a complete different experience to what I am used to
Was so happy with service my daughter had today especially as we came in as an emergency. Receptionist was lovely and helpful and so was dentist and dental nurse. They were so kind and made sure my daughter was calm when they extracted her tooth.
Very friendly staff, felt at ease. Was very reluctant to return to a dentist after almost 20 years because of bad experiences. Small filling was done very quickly. Thank you, I won't be so nervous to come back next time. See you in 6 months!
