Super-helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, gave me all the time I needed to play the guitars I was interested in. The owner, Tim, went out of his way to ensure that questions were answered and the right information established upon which to make purchasing decisions. The shop itself is great, very good stock collection, and some rooms set up to play in. Absolutely cannot fault it - an absolute gem of a place. Keep it up, guys!

Cannot praise this place enough. Purchased a new guitar yesterday, arrived today, fully set up, new strings, immaculate condition. I'm over the moon. Thanks to Paul Bannister for the extra photos and ridiculously prompt responses to my emails. All the guys in there when I first visited are amazing. And the collection of guitars they have, the layout and feel of the place is so special. Thanks again.

Super fast delivery, shipped Monday arrived on Tuesday, to Belfast. The guitar was pre owned, the description was accurate,  Very good people to deal with. Would definitely use again. Massive thumbs up

Had two unfortunate experiences buying guitars online from sound affects, however I always judge a business based on the experience from there on. Communication was quick, Ben was very efficient on both occasions processing the refunds and collecting the guitars. Maybe im just fussy and will stick to going instore as opposed to purchasing online, either way if you do purchase online atleast these guys are quick and efficient at resolving any issues. Thanks to Gary and Ben for your quick communication.

Absolutely brilliant service from Paul and the team at Sound Affects....super quick responses to all my questions and queries and went out of their way to accomodate my requests to change a custom order guitar.

I bought a guitar off them so all good , but they should keep a better eye  on what they have in stock especially  when I rang the night before  to enquire about an item
