I bought a 5 day package there was 5 drinks missing and their customer number is cut off and on the website their email address to support is just a click going no where. I even tried contacting them on social media and nothing from them. Also I have tried the drinks and My teeth has has a huge build up of plank. I would choose another juice cleanse site next time and verify all the links and numbers for support actually work. This does make me question the credibility of the company. I would stay away from the company, as no number to contact them is dodgy.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER I had ordered the three day juice clense to be delivered on Monday the 7th very easy webiste however the goods did not turn up... DPD had taken the package back to their depot and threw the whole box away. I had reached out to the customer service team who were less than helpfull. I have now asked for a refund as sending a new package seemed like hard work for the company. Would not order from this company again.
The whole set of green juices was missing, we had too many orange juices and too few yellow ones. The box was not sealed and the polystyrene was broken. Contacting the support didn't result in anything, empty promises to deliver the missing juices and still here we are 4 days later with no juices. Support is now not replying to my emails and there's no other way to contact them. Extremely disappointed, will never use again or recommend to anyone.
I have had a good experience in the past but now their website doesn't work. I have tried many times to get on it and it doesn't work
