Came across a random tent bit at the back and realised it's part of soul bar. It's called "the draft project". Also discovered it used to be the music shop. Beer was good and they had some discounted beer for "September sessions". We had some brewtoon beers.
Soul has a beer garden in which you can order cocktails. The seating areas in the marque are heated throughout. Clean and well maintained. My favourite spot for afternoon cocktails.
All I needed.. staff were nice, beer was nice, fish and chips was excellent... thumbs up
Great venue. Returned recently to my old home city for a long weekend, first since leaving in 1988. Great service, food and very friendly staff. Right in centre of town with nice seating area out front. Good luck for the future folks.
It's a place you can sit and enjoy a drink, and or food in a convivial atmosphere that is covid safe, there are plenty of heaters outside so the comfort level is very good.
A great converted church, very good Covid measures in place, great food and friendly staff. Had a really nice feel about the place.
