Absolutely worthy of all the awards. Intimate atmosphere, amazing food and incredible service.
Shocking contact for a Michelin star. Not attended yet but need to contact to discuss booking. Over two weeks of trying. No one answer the phone or is interested in replying to emails. No answer phone facility either. Looking at canceling and going elsewhere, but it looks like an 80 mile drive to get any response. Shocking
Without a doubt the best place to eat in North Wales.
What amazing combinations of flavours. Not one dish was disappointing. The charcoal wagyu beef brought tears - truly sublime. Cosy atmosphere served impeccably by a lovely lady. Will book again.

Possibly the best food experience we have had. We have eaten in some fantastic restaurants over the years but sosban is up there with the best, service was fantastic, food was excellent. One of the best if not the best in Wales. Keep up the good work.
