Love this gp dr gibbs is great and so is dr kings they are the best. Reception staff is 👍 great timbs up to donna shes a lovely lady and the team very helpful smily. Been going there since 29 years. Only problem is sometimes it gets busy when dr is ill so you will have to wait alot. My score out of 10 is 9

Absolutely disgraceful. New doctors every time u go in, no consistency, can't make appointments, receptionists demand to know personal information in order to get an emergency appointment. The doctor I saw left me standing outside his office with legs problems because he was busy at the time. He also branded my local hospital crap and that they didn't know what they were doing when HE even admitted to me he didn't understand the information sent through to them. Save from one doctor (gibbs) there all complete wallies. Don't bother here at all

This has to be the worst experience that i have ever encountered, I know that this surgery has gone down hill but this has got to be the last straw. I have been a patient at this surgery for almost 30 years and i have NEVER felt so deflated and distraught, My mum is a cancer patient and she is often left in tears after having to battle with Dr's for her medication or an appointment. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I CALLED WITH REGARDS TO A WORRY ABOUT MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER and was called back by the most rude, unhelpful Doctor that i have ever had to speak to! I work in a surgery and we would NEVER dream of speaking to patients or even one another in that manner. The Dr kept insisting she would not give me an item until the pharmacy (one in particular) diagnosed the patient then call her! I thought the Dr diagnosed and the pharmacy dispensed?! i know for sure they do not call Dr's to inform of a diagnosis made in the pharmacy. The manner in which the Dr spoke to me was awful- Now i understand why my mum is often left feeling very deflated. There is only one consistent, caring Dr that works here and its a shame because my whole family have been patients here and i would have preferred to have remained a patient here too. THIS HAS GOT TO NOW BE THE WORST SURGERY IN LONDON- DO NOT! DO NOT! REGISTER HERE- THE CARE IS TERRIBLE....

Fraudulent and disingenuous. NHS'S service's are terrible and useless and are being paid by tax for no reason, fire them all.
