Kerry, Nicola and Dan have been absolutely brilliant. I am extremely satisfied with the service they’ve provided. I’ve been saving up for absolutely ages to get a decent helmet. I asked in online chat if they had my item available, they confirmed, my product arrived on time, well presented, exactly as described. On querying something Dan was quick to respond also after working hours which I really appreciated, I know what it’s like and he didn’t have to either. He passed all the info onto Nici who contacted me and asked me to detail everything further, who then sent all the info off to her colleague Kerry that sorted everything, gave me a full explanation and advice. All were polite, helpful and I have no hesitation to use Sorbus again. I follow them regularly on my personal and business I.G I’m trying to set up. I think the way that they showcase latest equipment coming on the market and give demonstrations is invaluable. The competition they’ve organised is a really decent and genuine act that shows they want to contribute in a meaningful way to the industry. Not many others would go to the lengths these guys do for customers. That’s why I’m happy to leave this as a review. Really satisfied customer and appreciate your help all of you. Price is good, shipping and communication terrible. Gaffs and foot ascender said to be in stock as it says on the items, but after I paid I got an email 3 days later to say they were on back order. I would have bought them somewhere else as I needed them for a job. No apology. They didn't really care. Just like f.r.jones used to be. Paid on the 22nd. Wasn't dispatched until the 27th then its up to three working days. Its pointless putting a 2/3 working day postage if its not even sent for 5 days.
