We have been a customer here for years, the last few time the experience has been terrible but tonight took it to the next level. We ordered food to be delivered, 2 hours had went buy then the food came cold, they said they would make a fresh order and collect the other, 30 minutes later they called saying they ran out of thing and need the food back to warm up to send back out but it would be about a hour before we will get the food back. This restaurant is disgusting, you order an entire meal from this place nearly two hours before closing and they take your money and close the restaurant without you getting your food delivered, how can you expect to deliver food when you can even do it in two hours! I’m shocked at being a loyal customer to this place and this is what they do, they need to do better!

Ordered 4 Sunday dinner deals, came cold missing 2 starters and a dessert! The veg was rock solid the dinners were cold!! They sent the missing items out and said they will send pop for compensation… 1 can of pop! My son said it was the worst thing he has ever eaten and he loves his food! £55 wasted.Food: 1/5
