She was friendly, approachable and an amazing trainer who was able to make the training easier by relating to everyday examples. I recently returned to Sophie for UD brow and eyebrow lamination training and left with my certificate feeling confident to start treating clients. Again, Sophie was professional, friendly and there was no stupid questions at all. Sophie wanted to make sure that all the information was understood and she taught this in a way that was relatable. Sophie has a WhatsApp group set up with past students and is on hand to answer any queries as soon as she can. I suffer with anxiety/adhd and prefer a one to one training to which Sophie accommodated and made me feel like we had known each other a life time , was completely at ease throughout . Sophie gives alot of time and explains everything thoroughly until it’s fully logged in your brain before moving on to the next stage and finished off with doing a full set of classic lashes on a client myself which were lovely. I left there fully confident in my skill to go solo , there’s so many causes out there that many people leave feeling unconfident and not at all educated and very anxious to continue but Sophie is absolutely not one of these , she follows up daily with new tutorial videos of anything new she has learnt herself or new tips to help all students, she’s always at the end of the phone or a text away if I need her , absolute diamond tutor and I can’t recommend her and the training she provides for many courses and her beautiful salon enough .
