Excellent job, very clean and efficient and very punctual and polite. Found the whole company to be very friendly and attentive. I bought my stove from them, 4 years ago and have them back every year to clean my chimney. Lucie

Dreadful communication after I first contacted to get a quote. Had to call several times to arrange a survey. Then didn't show up at the agreed time and claimed we hadn't actually said a time at all. Started lying about the conversation we had had.
