Somerville is one of the worest practise ever that I have experienced. Even if you call them 8 in the morning they won’t answer and if they do it’s usually after a couple of hours and they will say they have no appointments left and tell you to go to a walk in centre. Don’t recommend at all
My family would like to thank everyone at the surgery for all the kindness and high standard of care given consistently to our family member, which is really appreciated. Seasons greetings to everyone and best wishes for 2024.
Nice friendly doctors, HOWEVER trying to get through to someone on the phone is an absolute JOKE. Also trying to get a patches appointment is ridiculous too.n30 minutes I've been trying to get in touch for results now
The best GP practice. The receptionists, nurses and GP’s all go above and beyond. I’ve been a few times recently with myself and my 1 year old and the level of care we’ve received has been impeccable. I can’t thank all the staff enough for the level of care we’ve received.
The wait times take around 1hr to get through to the receptionist and takes around 3 weeks to contact a actual doctor
