I have found that the service at this GP practice has improved dramatically. It used to be impossible to get a quick appointment but now with the extended opening times, it is much more convenient. The reception staff are also generally more helpful. I have been able to see the same GP on a number of occasions and have found him very helpful and supportive. They could do more here to make the waiting room more child friendly - they seem to have removed the toys and books that they once had. On the other hand, waiting times for appointments have been dramatically reduced which is a good thing!

I have been with this practice for around 10 months now and I'm very happy with the service. I can normally get appointments in the weekend and the reception staff are very helpful, especially the male ones.

So disappointed in my local surgery!!! Unfortunately it has been like this for a long time. I took pride in it being my surgery however bad it was. But it's just sunk to new lows when on Google and their answer machine it clearly states that the surgery is open on Saturday until 13.00 but you call for advice 15-20 minutes before it closes and they've shut the phones off and basically saying without saying "piss off, we don't care!" Well I think it's time to move. Just shut the place down I think there's no hope for that surgery any more.

Someone called Ana who has an attitude similar to a witch who hates children, was the one putting a vaccine to my baby, she was not only rude but had no idea about what she was doing. When she actually put the vaccines I felt as if she was stabbing the leg of the baby not inserting a needle . Oh but she was too busy reading a recipe on how to do an Annais cake which apparently is Portuguese for pineapple cake. The worst service ever, even the poor guy at reception -he was nice - was fed up with her attitude towards me so he actually told me I should have come another day when there are better nurses. This one I am sure has probably faked her degree. Defo not qualified as a person to deal with babies. Zero empathy. A beast of a woman. Will never ever go back there

Had a few health complaints. Was told I could only be seen for one, and would have to set up separate appointments for each complaint. Bonkers. Doc also typed like a dinosaur, painful painful appointment
