My last two visits have been very disappointing and most unhelpful. Petty policies and unwilling to do more than absolutely necessary to make a sale. I have purchased Apple products from here many times in the past, but will not be returning to the shop.

Had my MacBook initially repaired at the Chichester Solutions (screen replacement) Very unpleasant experience at Chichester, no communication, no one picks up the phone, a one week job takes 4 weeks, technicians always on holidays (lucky them). After a year screen failed (probably) due to incorrect installation with the unibody rubbing the insulation off the cable connecting screen to motherboard through the lid hinge. I did not want to have anything more to do with Chichester so went to Hove. What a contrast! Polite, professional service, and eventually agreed to replace damaged screen free of charge. 5 stars.

Just picked up my iMac having been diagnosed and found to have a hard disc failure that was almost impossible to work out myself and an independent repair expert! Repaired quickly and fairly with very personable and professional interaction with the whole team. Thanks :-)
