Love the place...have had my last two cars from here. Sales people are good as I only went in to look last time and ended up with a new car. Very helpful and a nice environment.
I made a simple request to charge my GTE overnight while in for service they said "yes, no problem". Instead not only is my battery empty but 5miles taken off my petrol too. Struggled to get home .. very unhappy.
The staff at Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull were helpful, professional and friendly. It is clear that their aim is to ensure that the customer leaves completely satisfied and they go to extra mile to achieve that. My daughter was delighted with her Up! which is almost 3 years old but left the site looking brand new.
Drop car off for it’s annual service. Had a email with a video showed me the brakes etc are in good order. Great services overall.
