Well what a great bonfire night we had on the 041122. The fireworks were fantastic, far better than we thought they would be. Loads of people made it a very relaxed atmosphere. The set up was really great from the 'bars' to a well laid out area for the food. Prices at the bar were very reasonable Definitely go again next year.

Great experience for our visit to the wedding today. Special thanks to the young lady behind the bar that sorted out a taxi for us a the young man that was collecting empty glasses. What a great little grafter with good manners. It was nice to see.,
Just wanted to quickly say that the new manager at the club is a top bloke. Very helpful and was able to resolve a long standing legacy issue from the previous management. He refunded my room deposit and breakages deposit from the booking for my retirement party from last year. This had to be cancelled due to covid. Because of his helpfulness I will try and re-book for next year. The club is doing well under his management which is very good to hear.

I recently attended a fundraising event at solihull municipal club. I have to say, what an amazing night! The service was great, the drinks were flowing and the atmosphere all round was fantastic. I have never been to this venue before but being invited by previous customers i had high hopes for a great night. I was not disappointed. The room was huge and the bar is nicely tucked away. The young staff were not to be faulted, even with a busy bar i was never left waiting for long, the polite, cheerful staff were more than happy to help the event in any way they could. Drinks, music, dancing, what more could you want!
My mom held her 60th Birthday party here. Room was lovely and food was great but some of the staff really lets the place down. Some of the staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming and looked as if they did not wish to be there. The customer service skills of some of the staff was lacking. When we were setting up the room we spoke to the chairman who was aloof and not welcoming. I would not recommend the place unfortunately due to the unfriendly staff. Would recommend that some staff members go on a customer service course on how to treat customers professionally and welcome them with a smile.
