No toilets and the stairs to go up and down are rather cramped. Considering the wealth of shops and eateries solihull has to offer, the station is very small indeed. People also smoking outside and the smell comes in to the station areas.
Nice small and clean train station to commute to and from. Coffee smells great when you get here early in the morning. There's a decent looking waiting room but I usually just flit through here quickly just after my train arrives or last minute before it departs, so I don't really make use of the facilities. There is a manned ticket office, but again, I've never used it.
Used the station for over 10 years and used to use it lots before lockdown but now and then these days and it has improved. The toilets have got a bit cleaner and better but still smell a bit.
Small station but well maintained, have ticket counter, coffee shop, waiting room and lift
Cafe and lift available overall basic station, often waiting room crowded.
