I am a new patient to this Dental Practice and I tend to avoid going to the Dentist due to my anxiety, but I had to go due to a tooth problem. Dr Yasmeen was excellent she understood my having anxiety and made me feel very comfortable and reassured me, she also kept me informed on each step she was doing. I am very happy with Dr Yasmeen and the procedure she carried out. Thank you :
Awful place. The secretary booked me in as an emergency patient. However, 10 minutes before I was due to be seen, I had a phone call saying that their having to cancel all opointments due to a lady having a fall in the hallway and no one can get past her, so their waiting for an ambulance. I was actually outside the building at this time, witnessing several people walking out, and walking in. 5 minutes later I decided to go in because something didn't seem right. I asked them about the lady who had the fall been as there was no sight of her, or an ambulance, and their were ppl in the waiting room, who I witnessed walking in. I was told, that the ambulance has just left and they took the lady out via the rickety metal narrow fire exit stairs at the side of the building rather than the safer, wider stairs at the front of the building. I waited outside for the ppl in the waiting room to leave and asked them about the woman who had a fall and the ambulance, they told me no such thing had happened. So basically, the secretary who cancelled my opointment the older women with short blonde hair outright lied for some reason. This delayed my dental treatment because I had to find another dentist and as a result, I'm now left in agony with an infection in my gum and an abscess in my cheek. I will be taking this complaint to the highest level. The secretary told me their having to cancel ALL opointments because she was unfortunately lying in the corridor and nobody could walk past her,in other words,in order out of the building, waiting room and dental rooms. This is what I was told. Also the fire exit that I've seen myself is the bog standard same fire exit narrow metal stairs that you see at the back of most shops. I would definitely feel unsafe using them. There are other stairs the same as any standard straight stairs that are in houses that go from the front door exit and entry to the dental surgery which is what all the patients who use this facility access. Ambulance in Solihull town centre have had no problems and have been seen to be able to drive up Solihull high street if unfortunately needed. I understand you want to protect your business, but I find being lied to not on. As a result of my opointment being cancelled I was very ill. It turned out as I suspect, hence me originally trying to see a dentist, that I had an infected tooth which then overnight turned into an infection in my mouth with the whole of the one side of my face swelling up. I had to wait to see another emergency dentist who put me on antibiotics then another few days later, go back to get additional antibiotics because of how bad it was. In the end they had to remove the tooth with the infection still present which was incredibly painful. All of this would have been avoided if I was 'yes, simply ' seen by you, which 111 booked for me and confirmed opointment by yourself, in the first place. Most unhappy about all this. And when I see patients going in. Staying in there for a while, and other patients leaving considering I was told no-one can move, leave, or enter because of the position of the patient in the main hallway. Then how can your reply to this possibly be valid? Wonder if it had been different if I wasn't a national health patient referd by 111
Although I was looking forward to having my implants, initially I was very anxious after being advised I needed sinus lifts both sides. I needn’t have worried! Dr Stavros and Klaudia explained fully what procedures would be needed each step of the way, allaying any fears I had. My implants are a perfect colour match to the teeth either side, I am no longer embarrassed to smile/laugh and can chew my food properly again. Thank you all.
I’ve just finished my treatment of Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding here. Dr Sacranie looked after me over this time, he made the whole process easy. My teeth are now straighter and whiter which makes a huge difference day to day. I’d definitely recommend!
Amazing dentist , came for my 2 year old sons natal tooth referral , usually my son cry’s when going to the dentist or doctors but today dr mogul was very professional and very kind towards my son , my son was very comfortable and the procedure was not long at all. Thank you to dr mogul and the team for making our experience better than we expected.

Absolutely not worth the time and money. They are not worried about the service provided or patient safety. Appointments are always hard to get; dentist are over booked and find every reason to delay or book you again. Wouldn’t recommend this practice at all especially if you are private and paying patient.
Very professional and friendly service from the reception staff and also the dentist. The dentist was extremely informative and made me feel at ease when I had to have emergency treatment on my tooth. Thank you
This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Tommy is a lovely person who explains everything to you, does his best for you and does an excellent job. The whole team are friendly.
Absolutely amazing service. My elderly Grandad required an emergency appointment due to an abscess and was booked in promptly. When we arrived the reception staff were extremely friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Max dealt with my Grandad who did a fantastic job of extracting his tooth quickly while keeping him calm and comfortable all the way through. I'm very impressed with the service and can recommend them to anyone.
