I contacted Solent Mobility Centre regarding a replacement wheelchair for my partner Carol. Simon visited with two possible replacement wheelchairs to 'fit' them to Carol. Neither was completely satisfactory so Simon recommended an alternative. Three days later it arrived and Simon visited again to 'fit' it to Carol. It was very comfortable but the foot rests were not in the best position for Carol. It was possible to change the leg rests for adjustable legs in order to make the wheelchair more suited for Carol. These were ordered and arrived a few days later. Simon came the next day and fitted them. Carol's wheelchair now fitted her perfectly. Simon was extremely helpful throughout the whole process which only took a couple of weeks to complete. The solution was good and cost a great deal less than a tailor-made wheelchair. We are very grateful to Simon for his knowledge and patience in providing a wheelchair that 'fits' Carol perfectly.
