I came to this funeral directors, for the date of a funeral. I had seen the time listed in the paper but I wanted to double check, as I was over thinking I may have got it wrong. However, when I asked I was given the wrong date and time, meaning if I had listened to the funeral directors I would have missed the funeral. I also asked if writing a poem was a good idea as it had religious themes and I was concerned should it upset the family and was given a very harsh response, of "Well they couldn't be more upset then they are could they?" I was shocked by this harshness, as I thought funeral directors were suppose to be sympathetic, supportive and caring but I was wrong. This company did also not respond to me, when I tried to get in touch. Overall very poor in customer relations terms and I wouldn't suggest anyone to use them, until they learn how to treat those coming to them properly.

Wonderful, compassionate help from a team who really understand the needs of the bereaved at a most difficult time.
