I've been using Solent Dry Cleaners, Gosport for over 4 years now. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem and they launder 20 plus shirts for me every month along with a couple suits. Prices are reasonable.

Sadly, my experience of this place was even worse than the last gentleman. I walked into the place with a suit in a plastic bag , as it was raining. Immediatley i was told by a rather officious and unpleasent blonde woman, not to put my bag down on the counter as it was wet. When asked when I wanted the suit ready for I said Saturday morning, at which there was much grinding of teeth and I was told that that was a tall order effectively, (this being first thing on Wednesday morning!). When i then asked what time they were open on Saturday morning, she said 0900 till midday, but if you don't pick it up before then, you will have to wait till Monday, at which stage I told her that the suit was being dry cleaned for a wedding that saturday at 1200, so why wouldn't I collect it in time! If I was the manager of this store, she would get the sack. She was rude and totally unhelpful and I intend to take her manager to task on Saturday morning about her. Since when was giving a shop your business such a chore!? Go elsewhare is my advice. Appauling customer service. Hope her manager reads this and they buck up their ideas, or go out of business.!

A bit disappointed with the quality of the service I received this morning. When I walked up to the counter, the assistant just stood there and waited for me to hand over the receipt. A good morning and how may I help you would have been nice. It makes all the difference. Let's hope it was a glitch and not the usual response to a paying customer.
