Just got back from a month long trip to London and this was the best coffee my group and I had the whole trip. The spanish latte was especially good. The employees were very friendly and gave great service. They have limiseating upstairs but there is a lounge downstairs that is super cozy. Highly recommend this place.Food: 5/5
I visited Grind, hoping to see more of their Hello Kitty collaboration, but aside from the window display, it wasn't very evident. The coffee wasn't strong, but the glass was big. The coffee place is kinda cute, with limited seating inside. The staff was just okay.Food: 2/5
Coffee was great just like I remember it from all the other 20 times visiting various of the Grind spots in London. The food we tried, however, was not really good. Both the almond croissant and the caramel bite were not freshly baked.Food: 2/5
We came to Grind here for a pit stop coffee and it did not disappoint located in the middle of Soho right next to the entrance to Kingly court. The coffee was amazing with both the normal flat white and oat flat white tasting amazing with no bitterness.Food: 5/5
We went to take coffee out. Coffee is so nice, and staff so friendly, and I also took almond croissant it was so cold ! Maybe better to heat it up before serve , but everything else was good! Food: 4/5
The espresso here is to die for! Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—definitely the best I’ve had!Food: 5/5
Coffee was great but for a central London venue the staff deserve 6 stars. Always enthusiastic and excellent service. Almost impossible to find good coffee awesome service in London these daysService: 5/5
Best coffee in town. If you up for a drink even better, you will have such a nice cocktail bar area downstairs. Cocktail are very nice. I would recommend the espresso martini for a extra kick of caffeine.
This is a nice coffee shop. I regularly have Grind coffee pods when I’m working, so it was nice to actually be able to go to one of their coffee shops, which I didn’t know existed until recently! The coffee was good, I think it was a dark blend. The coffee shop is nicely decorated and the staff are courteous. They also have a range of coffee pods and things like that which you can buy. The shop is a little small, so I’d recommend taking away. The prices are also not bad.
The coffee was great but I couldn't leave a good review because the staff was unprofessional. When I visited the shop last night, there was a male and female staff and the male staff was impolite. When I asked if there is any tea then he just tapped the menu with his finger point without saying a word. When I ordered 4 drinks and asked if there were any lids then he told me behind the machine. His answer was very annoyed and had the tone of an angry person but when he was talking to his colleague, he was smiling and very friendly. The male staff seemed to be a good barista and had been working at the shop for a long time. I'm sure he will continue to work in hospitality I would like to say that you shouldn't act duplicitous It's not right to discriminate or disrespect people in front of them.
