When my sofa was delivered the delivery crew tried to showed me how does the leg and head comes and goes up and down but the head came out a bit and stopped moving. We saw the cable was damaged. I called the sofology and they ordered new set of cables. I received the parcel and an email from sofology to book a technician to fix my sofa. But when I called the sofology they simply say. "You can do it yourself". Compare to the price I paid for the sofa I felt I'm unvalued. How you can treat your customers like that. It's disgusting. I don't recommend this place to get any furniture. I'm very unhappy about this service. I was explained when I bought my sofa I can get guarantee for my sofa. Is it? Fix it for yourself?! I can't relax in my sofa because it's not working even I cannot sit in it because the position of the head.
Amazing time in store, staff was so helpful. Loads of good deals upstairs. Will definitely be coming back for my next sofa. Can’t wait for my brand new couch!
Lots of sofas of all different values and styles . Staff are very polite and helpful whilst not getting in the way. We ordered the Chilton corner sofa. Super excited for it to be delivered.
To get answers from your item, yo MUST go to shop. Impossible to get any answer from phone. Them wrong delivery date. Paid man with a van, booked slot in recycling centre, and sofa didn't was on the shop.

Excellent. Staff, in particular Laura have been absolutely terrific in helping me schedule and reschedule a delivery numerous times to fit around my house moving in date without extra charge. The sofas look terrific too and the quality looks excellent with the 20 year guarantee to add. I can strongly recommend Sofology - top marks from me.
Update your opening times. I have drove 40 minutes to find you are closed despite the website saying 8pm. Useless having a paper notice in the window…
Beautiful showroom with a huge choice of furniture, we where really impressed by the staff who helped us with our decisions.. thank you Phil, Phil, and Josh and Josh. They couldn't do enough for us. . We felt like v.i.p.s
Appalling aftersales service, sofo due for delivery 8/7/2021. No delivery no call or text just didn't arrive. Can't speak to anyone as after waiting over 2 hours on phone I was cut off. Tried web chats emails but no response. To say I'm fuming is an understatement, they have my money and the sofa, can't even cancel order
Terrible customer service after ordering sofa 15th April booked a delivery slot after being asked to do so for 22nd July, then got email cancelling the delivery 2 days beforehand. No phone call from them, I was told to contact them! I've tried about 8 times but always about 25th to 30th in the queue. Appalling.
