I have only recently become aware of this company.nFrom the moment I stepped into the showroom, until the moment the sofas were delivered, I have had excellent service.nAshley was such a help in the showroom and had exactly the right approach, giving me plenty of information and choice so that I couldnmake a good decision.nDelivery was extremely well organised and the delivery boys were incredibly efficient.nI will happily return as necessary.nThank you!

Absolutely awful expensive 2 seater sofa.nThis is what my sofa cushions looked like after 6 months.nNo matter how much I plumped them, rotated and turned them, this is what would happen to them after sitting on them for an hour. No support from the sofa….or the company either. This sofa did not feel at all like the cushions on the sofa myself and my accompanying friend sat on in the shop.nWhen I called about this I was treated quite badly and was informed that this was indeed the cushioning in the sofa I sat on in the shop. I completely disagree. The cushions were stuffed with feathers, occasional ones of which poked through the fabric. My question is why did the cushions in the shop not sag like this considering the number of customers who try them out.nFinally, after numerous calls and increasing sciatic pain due to poor support, the company agreed to replace the cushions, initially demanding a significant price for the exchange. I refused, insisting that the cushions that had been provided were not satisfactory…..look at the pictures.nI the end after much hassle they replaced the cushions.n6 months later, the replacement cushions are also sagging very badly.nAt the age of 70, I can truly say that this is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on.nWhat I am now doing is having the cushions replaced by a furniture upholsterer which will cost me in the region of £180. I have no choice as this piece of furniture is otherwise of no use me to me and  is too expensive a purchase to donate to charity after just on year.nI am a medical doctor and would definitely not recommend purchasing a sofa from this company especially if you are an older person with back or hip problems….ln fact even if you do not have health problems.nNice fabric but very badly made sofa superficially very attractiveDo not be fooled as I was.nLook at the pictures and see for yourself

We had a first class experience at Sofas and Stuff, Fittleworth. We were greeted by Harriet Baxendale who immediately made us feel welcome and at ease.  We were able to sit on the sofa of interest and just enjoy a cup of coffee as if at home which was both enjoyable and helpful!  The Showroom was well stocked and we were free to just to wander around, view and sit on the various sofas without any pressure.  The fabric options are vast with some very large samples to drape over the sofas so you get a better picture.  Harriet took time to look at the photos and video of our lounge, discuss what we wanted as well as what we didn’t want and helped us make informed choices without any pressure. We very much enjoyed our afternoon at the showroom choosing our new sofa and fabric and talking with Harriet. It was all round a very good experience. We are delighted with our new sofa which has just been delivered by Mark and Haydn who were on time, competent and friendly!  We would thoroughly recommend Sofas and Stuff, Fittleworth with a special thanks to Harriet but also to the whole team involved with selling, making and delivering our new sofa!nCheryl and David

We are so delighted with our beautiful sofa and ottoman from Sofas & Stuff. They are of the highest quality and are perfect in their new space. Susanne and her team have been incredibly helpful throughout the decision and design process and I could not recommend them more.

I am so pleased with my corner sofa it’s exactly the right fit . Suzanne was a great help advising me to choose the correct fabrics. It’s the third sofa I have had from them over the years and they never fail with the quality and after care service . I was kept upto date with the timings of delivery with a text 48 hours before and a text half an hour before it was delivered .nThank you sofas and stuff for another successful order.
