I had problems with lower back pain and sciatica and saw the osteopath Jayde. She managed to help me feel much better after 2 sessions by using massage and acupuncture. Feeling so much better now!

Excellent Team of Professionals I have been receiving input from Jayde, osteopath, and James, sports therapist, for over a year now. They have been absolutely wonderful at meeting my needs, should I needed maintenance work, to help with my terrible posture and sedentary job consequences, or sport related injuries or more general advice. They both are very skilled professionals who know their strengths and limits and always deliver the best care. They are an excellent team of hard working and honest professionals. SoCo have a great team that addresses all facets of health. As an S&C coach and experienced athlete, it is refreshing to have like minded therapists helping me treat my dysfunctional anatomy and injuries which has helped me overcome long standing injury. Highly recommended.

I referred one of my clients to see Jayde after she was experiencing back pain. The feedback from my client was all positive and Jayde took the time to call me and discuss her findings, informing me on how to move forwards with regards to weight training in the gym. Great professionalism and I wish more practitioners took the time to discuss their findings with their patient's coaches and getting us involved in the treatment plan!
Jayde has helped me with a number of ailments for some time, as and when they have arisen. I'm in a physical job, so it's important for me to stay mobile. She is always helpful with advice, even visiting me at home when I was in too much pain to travel. Jayde's absolute priority is the wellbeing of her clients. Most recently Jayde recommended I see James for a pelvic issue and between them I have received treatment and been given exercises which have enabled me now to walk without pain. I have been having treatment from Jayde for many years, for a variety of issues. I would highly recommend Jayde, her treatment has been really effective helping me rebuild my fitness. She has also provided me with really great advice on my posture and exercises to help.
Jayde very patient & thorough. Very specific showing exercises to ensure done correctly & good at explaining what's happening with body so easily understood. Very easy to contact in an emergency & very helpful. Mine not the easiest problem to fix & James has been good at releasing some really tight muscles. Overall maintaining it so I can keep doing the sports I enjoy.
