"Delicious hand-made food and cakes by award-winning chef Craig Ferguson. Our specials menu is influenced by the seasons and some of our produce comes from our own garden. You can bring your own bottle with just a small charge for corkage. Our sunny, secluded terrace is South facing, over-looking the park and is perfect for a spot of al fresco dining."

Been here a few times. This place is a wee gem. Fantastic quality food and very reasonably priced. Excellent coffee and cakes. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would recommend any of the breakfast dishes and the haggis, cheese and sriracha loaded fries will definitely improve your life. Well played, 13 Barn Street
Amazingly friendly service, excellent food and really clean welcoming space. Highly recommended the smoked salmon and poached eggs on the breakfast menu
Food never fails to delight us , absolutely fantastic for gluten free , and other allergies, food all freshly prepared , staff are absolutely amazing and welcoming. Toilets spotless and baby changing area as well. Can definitely cater for all tastes
We went for breakfast, which we all enjoyed very much. We even bought cakes to take home as they looked delicious. I got caramel shortbread, which I have been told is the best ever. I haven't tried it yet.
Perfect breakfast as usual. This is a really lovely place, staff are fantastic, food is always amazing, great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
I do really like this wee place, staff are nice. Good quality food that's for sure. Good coffee and an inviting atmosphere. Cannae wait for another munch
Great cafe for morning coffee and scone/pancake with yummy homemade jam. Highlight of our weekend though was going to the vegetarian pop up restaurant night - amazing 7 course menu that started off with delicate beetroot meringue and only got better and more interesting as the meal went on....great to have something different and of this standard on our doorstep without a trek into Glasgow...well done to chefs and front of house, service with a smile!
Had passed this a number of times before going in. From the street it looks quite small but extends quite far back thus giving room to quite a number of tables, including 2-3 outside for those days they might be used. It is also one of the cafés in Strathaven which is dog friendly. Not to everyone's taste I know but as a dog owner it gets my approval. Menu was not the standard roll and sausage but rather more interesting, though largely sandwiches, soup, etc. Well, freshly prepared and tasty, with friendly service. Will certainly visit again.
Very nice place with an excellent specials menu over and above their normal menu. Only had a coffee this time but will be back to try out the food soon, owner very nice person with lots of ambitious plans let's hope it goes well.
Over priced for the quality. Waited over 50 minutes for food despite not many in the shop. Food tasted ok, although not fantastic.
