Wow. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. I rang up the salon to let them know that their nail technician had over-filed my gel nails when removing them, so much so that my nail beds have been extremely sore since and will take some time to recover, because the nail surface has been filed far too much. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone today didn’t get a name was lacking in so much empathy, she was extremely rude and abrupt and when I was still speaking she said BYE and hung up the phone on me. All in all a very unpleasant experience from a nasty individual. Straight away there was no apology or accepting responsibility - I had to ask for a refund as the least they could do as I don’t expect to pay for a service and have my nails damaged. The member of staff said the salon ‘doesn’t know what state my nails were in when they were done’, so I said I have never had any issues before at my normal salon with gel application or removal and she immediately questioned me why I didn’t go back to my normal nail salon because they were fully booked I said, which is besides the point and that isn’t how you speak to a client. When I said to her she is being unprofessional and very rude, she said to me very abruptly she didn’t like my attitude. She said the salon has now changed their policy to not completely remove gel nails - interesting, how about training your staff properly in the first place? Terrible and shocking customer service. Update - I’ve had it confirmed by my GP that my nail has lifted away from my nail bed, visible by the white discolouration, known as Onycholysis. It takes 4-6 months for a nail to regrow. DO NOT USE THIS SALON.
I’ve been coming to Simone for my nails for years and would definitely not go anywhere else,they always last and she does a variety of different styles and colours which are always amazing,I’ve also had my lashes done by jasmine a few times and they always look fabulous too. Beautiful shop and everyone is lovely and friendly,I highly recommend blossom for any beauty treatments Gemma

A great find! The staff are really friendly and make you feel very welcome with a hot drink and biscuits! I highly recommend the crystal clear microdermabrasion its amazing my skin has never been so clear!
