never went there as they did not have the equipment i required
Not the cheapest but great service and lots to see and experience before buying vs ordering online and having a punt.
Popped in to return a helmet I'd bought online. Staff was super helpful, with returning, and after a full helmet fitting found me a much better replacement. Will definitely be coming here in the future for other equipment needs.
Amazing customer service, had boots and bindings fitted relatively quickly despite the store being busy.
Good selection knowledgable staff
Very decent size shop. I found there wasn’t much choice for ski equipment and clothing. The stock fewer items and only labels that are very expensive. Wasn’t really the snow shop I expected. Mountain warehouse probably has a better choice for the occasional snow or rock requirements.
Friendly staff with excellent knowledge to find and mould you the perfect ski boot. Great after sales service, too.
Free parking at this well equipped ski / hiking and cycle shop. Some good sale items to be had. A bit of a quere at the tills with few staff serving. Good location at port solent with plenty of restaurants and bars
