I visited to see if they had any interesting items. Managed to find some excellent north face fleeces on sale. It is very ski focused because of there being an indoor ski here.  Also, I tried speaking with some employees for some assistance in store and it felt like I was interrupting their conversations, makes it a little difficult to get any help of you need it.  We tried their gait analysis at the Runners need upstairs which was a good experience, the employee seemed to know a lot about running and offered lots of advice. Just a slight stock issue, most of the choices we liked weren’t in stock, just something to bear in mind.

I really don’t recognise the negative reviews on here. I had a new pair of ski boots fitted today and had first class, friendly service, first from Harry or Henry? then from Kyle. They took great care and a lot of time and effort to make sure I got a good fit and I came away very happy. Thanks guys

Visited store today bought two new jackets a hat and socks , great customer service and advice from store assistant Noah and Lee who ensure I got what I needed and where I struggled with stock they helped me secure online . Noah was really good at going through the items and their durability making sure I picked up the right clothing for what I needed it for.  Thank you

Tried a number of years ago to be fit for ski boots, found a pair I was really interested in and rang up to check they were in stock I live 100 miles away Travelled to store and magically they had no recollection of this phone call and no boots in stock. Staff were really unhelpful and I left.  Thought I would give them another chance now I'm due for some new boots and went in when passing. Struggled to find anyone to help me and when I did he was not interested just dumped the boots for me to try then disappeared. I waited 10 mins and no return and no sign of anyone else. Won't be getting anymore of my custom due to lack of respect and Interest.

Awful service today. I went to buy boots, so not a cheap purchase, and I was left waiting around. One guy did try to help but he was busy fitting boots on another customer. The other staff didn't seem to care much. I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care either. I walked out and will never go back to that shop.

Absolutely awful service! Probably the worst service in my 33 years living, the older member of staff upstairs literally laughed in my face and told me he was too busy to help me whilst he was stood not serving anyone, apparently the whole shop was too busy. I spoke with another member of staff at the till about my experience and he cared about as much as the older staff member upstairs did. Whilst 2 other member of staff was stood behind him playing the drums on the counter top. Dodge this shop like the plague.

Today I was absolutely appalled by an abusive member of staff in the Trafford Centre store and in front of my 10yr old child. The member of staff in question was unable to handle an exchange and stormed off verbally abusing me in front of my 10yr old child which was totally unprovoked. I've never experienced anything like this in my life and was disgusted.

Was looking for a pair of snowboard boots, first chap I spoke to was helpful. Came back later to try on a couple of pairs and the next chap didn’t care at all. Took 2 people to help a lady with her ski boots instead. Went over the road and purchased the same boots from Subvert.

Staff generally uninterested, unwilling/unable to order in correct size skis poor knowledge about ski equipment. Waste of time. Go elsewhere.

Husband and I had a boot fitting with Lee - absolutely brilliant- thorough service, very patient, great knowledge and helped us tweak our boots several times. So impressed- Thank you Lee!
