Good convient location. Park app RingGo works well set up prior to arrival to avoid any data issues. Only coin if you don't use the app though!! Spots fill up very quick, and app doesn't tell you how full it is which is a shame. If you get a spot, the stairs are okay, but very dirty. Pee smell and trash.nnFor the price compared to other lots, bnNot bad.
Very accessible and always spaces available. I use this car park to get easy access to Snow Hill and Bull Street Court. Even more convenient now you can use the app when paying to park.
Ideal place to park if working in or around the Snow Hill station area. Recently bays have been painted giving it a refreshed look. The stairwells and other areas could do with similar treatment.nPlenty of spaces at 7am even on a week day, this may change as Covid rules relaxed. Car park open every day inc Christmas Day. But is charged daily bar Christmas Day itself. Car park does get shut at night so if you miss the cut off time you can't retrieve your vehicle. So make a note on your phone and set a reminder.nCan pay by coins or using the phone number. Used the number twice now and all done smoothly. After first time the automated system remembers your details if you allow it and phone number so already knows your reg Mark. Parking fees are reasonable considering where you are, try getting the same deal in London or Manchester?! Some space given over to electric vehicles with charging points. And a flat rate of £1 for motorcycle parking. There is CCTV but I'd still use a good chain and disc lock for your bike and keep your valuables hidden!
I have parked here for years due to the location of the office and shopping. It is not cheap but considering the lack of parking in the central area, it has a convenient location, a fair amount of space although on some occasions it has been full during the day, it can be a bit tight due to the pillars, it is cleanish, but I am sure it is not really wheel chair friendly, Birmingham City council recommended using public transport to go to town as the roads can be packed.
A very busy car park at the centre of Birmingham, conveniently located right at the snowhill train station with reasonable charges 6 hours for £10; 12 hours for £14 compared to other nearby car parks. Downsides: no lift and tight spaces.
