Parking is quite big and was easy to find space to park. Paying by ring go app and it's on a nice location. Looks like that there is no option for wheelchair or lift, didn't saw one because there were only stairs from both ends at level 1.

There is absolutely no convenience for anyone with a pram. The only way to get it up or down is by using the staircase, which is completely impractical and unsafe. There are no alternative options provided such as lifts. It’s extremely disappointing, especially for families who expect basic accessibility. This really needs urgent improvement. Price-wise better than other options in the area.
Very convenient car parking for the area. However I could not find a pay machine that worked. Had to download an app on to my phone, register etc, etc. Took me over 30 minutes to pay for the parking. Unfortunately so many car parks are the same. All I want to do is park and pay by cash or card.
By 8am Saturday You should not be able to pay the 24-hour parking.nnI Paid for 24hr parking at 8am Saturday, Parking expired at 8:00am the next day... however Sundays the gates don't open until 9:00am, and gates closed at 11:30pm the night before... meaning you were garenteed a PCN ticket if you didn't get your car out by 11:30 the same day despite paying for 24hrs... meaning I paid for 8-9 unusable hours, There's no way the parking establishment would give you an hour's Grace to leave at 9:00 when the gates actually unlock. Basically an absolute stupid system design to catch you out like always.nnBy 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays you should only be able to pay UP TO 11:30pm, or automatically set to expire next day at 9:10am when gates actually open, and you can actually leave. You shouldn't have to do mental gymnastics to avoid being screwed over... It should be as simple as that.nnAnd for that reason I do not recommend this place, it's a total joke.
