I have been using ship for for 3 years and reconend her to everyone my 4 babies adore her especially my poodle who is to say the least snappy I do not send my dogs to anyone else as I trust my babies judgment of my dogs don't like i don't They always come back clean well trimmed and happy it's fair to say I am so lucky to have her as my groomer as she shows love compassion and total sensitivity to all her clients she really is the best

Completely an utterly butchered my dog because they couldn't be BOTHERED to try and get the tats out. Yes he was more tatty than usual but as he is a Maltese the tats come out easily an it doesn't hurt him at all. As I've done this myself before and he gets bruised every single day without fail. So instead of taking their time, they thought it would probably be easier and faster for them if they shave him as uneven as humanly possible and try n hide the fact they went too short by leaving random bits long to cover their mistakes. Probably because they booked in more dogs than thy could handle.Now to mention their customer skills of which they clearly showed they haven't got one between them as they shouted n swore at me down the phone claiming it was the "best they could do" and i "must be joking if you think your getting a f*****g refund!" which is probably also something to be afraid of. Their version of a teddy bear clip is shave everything and leave a pathetic looking excuse for feathering on the back of the legs. The legs were so uneven a 3 year old could of done better with a plastic knife n fork. My dog was so stressed when he got home after having such a big full and fluffy coat to having nothing, and I don't know what their "disciplinary" techniques are for wriggly dogs.. But it's probably not a positive reinforcement technique. If your thinking about getting your dog groomed avoid this place like the plague. If possible I will post the before n after pictures of my Maltese. Failing that ill post them on their Facebook page. And if they take it down ill just post the pictures to people writing on their wall or potential new customers to warn them as they clearly don't know what they're getting themselves into. I really don't know how they've kept a business open. They don't even deserve one star

We have used Snip Doggy Dog for some time now, and are more than happy with their results.
