I had a wonderful photo shoot today, and I want to express my gratitude to the amazing ladies who made it such a positive experience. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Their energy and warmth created such a welcoming environment, and I truly appreciate their effort in making the shoot enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and for making me feel confident throughout the process.
We lost our beloved dog and wanted to get something to remember her by so we went here on 24/09/24, Joe, I think her name is, was excellent, she helped us through the process of transferring photos and what choices we had,bearing in mind that at the time there were several other customers who she was trying to help as well. I did feel for her when a rude customer said something then started laughing, these people need to realise she's by herself with several jobs to do, i work in retail myself so I understand, anyone who hasn't worked in retail, especially one where it's only you and you've got to serve customers complete jobs answer the phone etc, need to give it a go and see how stressful it is. So the next time you go into a place where it's just a lione worker, be patient, give them time and remember they are human and can only do as much as they can with everything else they have got going on
Went into the Derby Store on Saturday to get a couple of T Shirts printed. There were two young women in there serving who weren't particularly interested in helping us to begin with. I wanted to see the quality/material of the T shirt before committing myself with the order. I was told in no uncertain terms by one of them "This isn't a clothes shop" I know it isn't a clothes shop and suggested that perhaps they should have samples for customers to see and feel. The dark haired young woman then proceeded to help my friend and I with the order on the computer. A smile and manners go a long way in my book. People should not work in shops customer facing if they don't like people. I shall not be recommending or returning. A customer service course would be beneficial.
I have used them before, for d+p on 35mm film, the processing isn't cheap, and neither is it fast, but the quality is good. Also the digital printing is pretty decent, and quick.
Printed off our wedding pictures in store! Super easy and very quick. Excellent quality.
One staff member on duty attempting to help three customers at the same time, resulting in a long wait for everyone and unhappiness all round. This culminated in the staff member being very rude and condescending to two elderly customers and even making a strange growl at them behind their backs. At this point, I walked out. This staff member was the one on duty at 11.20am, 11/09/24.
Alot of reviews on here for rude service but just not accurate. Only one member of staff during busy times are going to be overwhelmed and the staff member was lovely and kind to both me later in the day and my friend earlier on! Rude customers and people who spoke down to the lady who is only one woman expected to have 15 hands and 15 cameras, attitude recieves attitude and if you are patient and understand then people will be kind in return. I witnessed awful behaviour from entitled customer after customer who didn’t understand you simply have to wait your turn and be patient. Props to our server she was absolutely wonderful
Came to print a photo off at 4.45 shop assistant was so quick I was in and out in 5 mins and didn’t even have to pay for my parking. Very fast service
Had a photo shoot today for my little boy on the free portrait shoot for 4-6 month old. Highly recommended. Amazing pictures and free 8x6 print.
Went for Drivers ID photo. Staff knew what exactly to be done. Very quick service. Recommended
