Used them for the first time a few months ago. Incredible customer service, they take a very pragmatic approach to any problems and I felt like they really valued my business. I highly recommend their services. Had pictures framed and on canvas and they're perfect.
Me and my partner use snappy snaps for all our film needs. Although the digital quality could be slightly better this place is very fair on price and time. On most occasions they have been ready before or on time. The digital app they use is very easy to use and has worked every time.
Very helpful. Ordered online and picked up photos. They explained how I had not completed the order first time when I enquired about not having email notifications, so redid and all went smoothly. Excellent finish on photos
Would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service! When I put my passport photo through the government site it said it didn't like the background... snappysnaps were really helpful over the phone and communicated until it was successful. They offered to do another photo if necessary and supported me through the whole process! Thankyou
I found myself in a very unpleasant situation and was left in the most depressed mood possible. I had to take photos for my visa. I don't speak English very well and immediately told the photographer that. After he took the pictures for me, he started to ask something insistently. I showed him a document which indicated how many photos and what size they should be, he did not stop asking questions and scared me with his inadequate behaviour. He started throwing things around, trying to explain things to me. I'm very sorry that a situation of not knowing the language can make another person angry. I think this photographer is incompetent, he can't control his emotions.

Amazing customer service. Even though I had pins on my head and looked like a crazy lady due to leaving the wedding's hairdresser midway to run erronds they served me as quickly as they could possibly be. Reasonable prices, 100% recommended.
The service for a passport photo is fine, acceptable. The price though, exorbitant. I certainly do not recommend.
Found the website really confusing. Looked at A4 prints for £4.5 but by the time they were in my basket they were already £6.99 no word why and then payment was £7.99 each. Maybe was just me but didn’t feel the website made it clear why the end price was so different to the original price even though it was the most basic product in that size
Good place to take photos. They have photo presets for all visas. Excellent customer service. A bit on the expensive side.
