This is the first gym I've gone to nearly every day when I wasn't traveling. I always looked forward to each class I attended. It was important to me to find classes that provided a variety of workouts which I definitely found here. My skill, strength level and form improved greatly over time thanks to all of the lovely instructors. I also took full advantage of cardio equipment, free weight and functional areas on my training days. Great value overall.
Went to this gym once as passing through town. If you're used to a private gyms, this is definitely going to be a downgrade. Equipment is okayish but was missing clips to actual attach anything to them. Seems they could use 2 more on the multi gym. Okay selection of free weights. Some only have 1 set and seems to be a mix of brands. Deadlift platform in back corner is good but you may have to wait ages to get it. One bench. Overall nothing special if anything ranks just slightly lower then a PureGym. Good if local as no real other options of this size. But bad if travelling though town. £10 for one session is pretty high. Guy on reception was super friendly though and overall made everything a better experience.
I really like this gym, it's clean and the staff are friendly. The range of classes are good although they fill up fast due to popularity.
Such a great gym! Really welcoming and very well laid out. A great functional room upstairs and loads of space to properly train. They’ve really thought about the extra touches like the vibration massage guns and rollers. The staff are also great and always ready to help. The coffee machine is a great new addition
Joined in the new, was quiet nervous about going with being plus size and not having much experience but gym staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. Even people using the gym have been friendly and helpful. Good range of machines and weights. Really enjoying it!
