WOW! What a gym, Scotty and Sarah are top notch and always on hand to support when needed. The classes have come a long way since Scotty took over and I love their great Frimley debate they do on socials every week. Couldn't recommend it more!
Great facilities and incredibly supportive gym environment. Scotty and the team are really approachable and have helped me numerous times with different exercises. Would recommend to anyone.
Great gym! Stuart and Scott are great guys who will make you feel at home here, providing programs for you to follow and helping you along the way. Very clean with a great selection of equipment, members are very friendly too. Never too busy no matter what time of the day it is. Highly recommended!
What a poor excuse of a “gym”. Too small an accommodation to consider it one with minor mostly machine weights. Missing vital equipments such as hack squats, hamstrings pull-up, so many to name.nI think someone just claimed squatters rights on their dad’s basement and thought they could make a quick buck putting some machines within it. Quite a sad sight. I wouldn’t recommend.
Great atmosphere mainly due to Scott who has been so encouraging and motivating from day 1. Scott has made a huge effort to recognise members by their first name which in turn makes you feel welcomed and important. I love the monthly challenges, it’s important to have goals to avoid losing focus. It’s nice a gym looks after the current members
