Great place for buying kids toys and other stuff. Toys are reasonably priced. They have a huge collection of all kinds of toys. Great place.

I brought a Zummi Eden a few months ago and it had a faulty break. My husband temporarily managed to fix it but it soon started clicking again. I put off trying to exchange it as I thought I would have a battle as my receipt was lost and I already had buggy for some time.nnToday the customer service was excellent and if I knew how to let the hierarchy know how amazing it was I would. They exchanged the buggy with no issue and when I cheekily asked if they would mind building it so that I could use it straight away they did. I simply had to show my online banking statement, showing date and time of transaction.nnThank you for the excellent customer service!

Smyths toy store MK was outstanding today. Free candy floss, free face painting, coco melon character to meet and a free goody bag. On the off chance, we visited a toy shop for the first time ever today with our daughter we wanted her to see one as we always order online! And it was just a brilliant experience for her. The workers working there also had outstanding knowledge of the store and helped us twice to find items immediately. Thankyou smyths! We forgot what good retail is like!

Went in today for a random none toy related item suggested by Poundland employee. Assuming the guy was a manager on the door was ultra helpful and friendly. Had hilarious banter with my colleague. Great to see
