Got to the leicester store before 9am spoke to Natalie she was brilliant and very helpful i asked if she could check stock which she did and told me if i order the toy online she will process it & ill get it be for before the store opens. So ordered the item & as promised received it , I spoke to Natalie again and she interduced her self being store manager, she is a credit to the business
Love the products offered in store, however, service is hit and miss. Bought a children’s bike on Thursday and told to collect on Saturday. Arrived at 11:45am and the bike was only starting to be assembled. Staff Natalie was a bit rude.
The store has a very rude and un respectful manager who has NO customer skills at all. The staff are much better especially Dan. Her name is Natalie and she has NO good communication skills at all. Very rude and arrogant! Doesnt like staff to get praised! Makes customers feel so guilty and tends to also dominate her way. Absolutely ridiculous manager. The Store definitely needs a good, compassionate manager who has patience and also respect!nAs you can see her reviews from previous customers. Ridiculous.
Had a collection to get, used the machine in store, it added my name to the board. Ended up having to ask about my order after half an hour as board wasn't getting updated despite other people using it. All the staff saw me waiting for a collection and didn't approach me once, no apology about the wait either. It wasn't even busy instore. If you aren't able to actually run the system of collection smoothly, don't have it. Also the box I collected looks almost secondhand it's so banged up.
Can I just say that my faith in customer service has been restored due to one of your leicester managers Dan!! He was absolutely amazing in assisting me and my son in choosing the perfect bike and accessories to get my son riding again after 4 years of not even getting on a bike let alone riding one, my son had an accident where he came off his bike and broke his arm 4 years ago and has never been on a bike since, Dan was so calming in his approach, with my son instantly taking a like to him, he showed us what bikes were in stock at that time, he advised on sizing of the bike, protective arm and knee pads and helmets, he left no question unanswered and nothing left to ask, he taught my son the correct way to get on and off of a bike to aid balance and stability, his customer service is fantastic and he is a credit to your store, thank you so much Dan
