Want to pay a big compliment to staff member Dolina who was really enthusiastic in her manner whilst doing her job and also for the kindness and patience she showed my 2 children whom have ASD and were in shopping for toys. I bought a cot mattress from Smyth's Forestside a few weeks ago, unfortunately when I brought it home it was not true to size and left a dangerous gap of about 6cm between the cot and mattress. I contacted Smyths customer service over the phone and they sent me a form to fill in with details of the incident and photos of the gap measurement. Smyths customer service was excellent and fully investigated the matter and contacted Smyths in Forestside on my behalf who then provided me with a replacement mattress if my choice. When I returned the faulty one, the staff in Forestside were already fully aware of the situation and provided excellent customer care. Monica in the Nursery section of Smyths was very friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the replacement mattress. Thank you for all the help, my 1 year old is getting a great night's sleep thanks to all at Smyths.

I went into the store yesterday only to make enquiries regarding the Nintendo Switch OLED. The assistant, Daniel, was so knowledgeable and helpful that I made the purchase there and then! He was polite and had a wealth of information regarding the item. Thank you Daniel.
