The staff seem i little to 'in theor own world', also I wanted a microscope for my daughter as was given a gift voucher for her. It was either a 150x zoom plastic one which had a screen i went with this but wasnt impressed, or one they've been selling for the past 15 years that looks like something from the 70s. You go online and theres way better. Why dont you stock your educational section better? I had to buy my daughter a proper metal detector after being inspired by the terrible one you guys sell but bauggt it from go outdoors instead. You're missing out in sales and you are offering rubbish educational toys over fantastic non educational toys.
Had great experience there today. I had an issue with my son’s Switch 2 and had lost the receipt. Toby and Lauren were only too happy to help and spent almost an hour going through the system to find the original receipt and then helping me with Nintendo and arranging for it to be sent off and fixed. They really went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. Fantastic service
We have been into store twice recently and would like to say how very helpful Daniel is! He’s so knowledgeable and polite, he’s an asset to the company and so refreshing to be served by a young lad who clearly enjoys his role and has such good customer service skills.
The shop i always go into does not compare. As i walked in yesterday was greeted by smiles from the till. When needed i was served by Jak, had all my questions answered and was very patient with my son who has ADHD, while he was explaining what we were looking for then served us at the till when there was a long queue building up. In general was very pleasant experience with the shop being clean and a variety of products to choose from. Its worth the trip if your wondering to do your christmas shopping here!! Definitely will be back soon
Called today 22/10/25 2.45ish. To click and collect with my expectant daughter. The staff were extremely polite and more than helpful. We were helped with numerous boxes to the car with a pleasant atmosphere from lovely smiling people. All of the staff here are a credit to this business. Thank you all for being so kind. All the very best for the future .
