I've just visited the Linwood store with my 2 Grandchildren and the staff are so helpful and friendly . I wish to mention Kirsty in particular, who trawled through numerous Hot Wheels cars to find the one my Grandson needed. She was so delighted to find it and just made his day - and mine! First class service ! Well done Smyths.

A fantastic collection of toys and games. If it’s been advertised on TV then it’s here. Floor to ceiling dolls, prams and art supplies. Guns, tanks and video games galore. Six foot caterpillars and a 1.2meter unicorn. Certain to get a wow, from a child you know.

Staff here have been the most helpful I’ve ever seen. As a hotwheels collector it’s hard to find what you want but 2 of the staff members went above and beyond by looking for boxes for me to help with my collection. I will return anytime I can now because of that

Great selection of toys and games. Baby stuff such as prams and car seats for all ages at back of shop. Good selection of bikes. Slow service  I was there at 09.30 so it wasn't busy Tried to sell me batteries £5.99 for a toy, said no as bit expensive. Can get cheaper elsewhere.

Getting to the tills is a logistical nightmare. Who decided it was a great idea to make a tower of toys in the middle of the floor and jam everyone in? Not wheelchair or pram friendly.

Deplorable manager and store. Wrong pricing label placed in front of toys. Toy priced at £23.99 was actually £39.99. Returned to store to speak to manager and try and resolve the issue, she was verbally abusive and asked me to leave store when she quickly realised the stores error in the pricing label and was totally unable to recompense me for the mistake. Absolutely no label at £39.99 anywhere nearby. Smyths customer service not any better either, stuck up for store staff. Avoid and go elsewhere.

A wide range of toys, dolls, figurines, prams , bikes, video games and many accessories for kids games indoors and outdoors in this tardis like store with an innocuous looking facade and aisles full of products inside. Crucially from my point of view many products in the My little pony series for my niece's birthday but many more toy series available. Staff were very helpful.

Served by a fantastic young lady named Kelly. She was very helpful.
