He showed me how to install the car seat in my car and how to adjust it for my baby’s comfort and safety. Bought from this store two corps jurassic clash t rexes I came from far as local stores didn't have these green dinosaurs and red dinosaurs boxes ripped and others on shelf had broken jaws have returned home and found the red dinosaurs jaw inside is cracked and is not like the green ones whos jaws is glued
Visited today and made several purchases. Rude member of staff on the shop floor when I asked a question, simply couldn't be bothered. Went to pay and was met by another miserable faced Smyths employee. No greeting, no smile or anything, really not good enough! The only saving grace was someone who offered to carry a large item to the car for me, who was very helpful indeed. A real let down for what is supposed to be a fun, enjoyable environment to be in.
Got served by ollie. Great guy let me purchase my kids xmas presents discretely so they didn't see them and helped me holding them well we continued shopping. Friendly kind and went above and beyond thank you
