Bingo... This is the one my baby wants to come every time. So how to reach here? Just take 407/410 from West/east Croydon station and walk just 5 min from the purley way station. You can find here Aldi and M&S so it's a combo for you if want to biiiiig shoping. This is really wonderful place and cheap toys compared to others some of the toys!!!. It opens from 10am to 20pm on weekdays and till 18pm on weekends. Pleanty of car parking available if you drive to there. Enjoy your child's favourite place...
Super friendly and helpful staff! Came here looking for a bike for my son and Ethan was just brilliant in advising which one would be best and getting them down for us to look at. Great store, will definitely be coming here again in future.
The Staff is Rude in cycling and scooter section . Such staff members should not work in kids toy shops . They are restricting kids ways by holding unnecessary climbing stairs near the spots where lots of kids watching things . If kids are going to touch anything they make faces . If we ask for help they flatly refused and answered they don't know. It's ridiculous if they don't know at least they can answer politely and in other good manner . Very disappointed with our visit today . Not recommended this branch if you need the help from staff .
We love going to Smyths but customer service could be a bit more helpful especially the manager who was sat on an empty checkout who wouldn't give any assistance to me with a sprained ankle and small child and a large box with a child's ride on inside. Someone could do with some customer experience training. Not a good experience today guys! :
We visited with the intention of looking at pushchairs and car seats. They have a wide selection.nWe were lucky enough to have Rebecca as our sales advisor. She was so helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and demonstrating all the equipment.nnOnce we had purchased our items we were walked out by our sales assistant, sorry, didn't get her name, she loaded all our purchases into our car with a smile, such good service!nWe will definitely go there again, even if just to buy nursery equipment or toys.
